Return Policy

You have 15 days to decide if your accessory is perfect for you; unfortunately, after this period, we cannot offer an exchange.

To assist you with the exchange, the item must be unused, and you must have your proof of purchase, which is very important.

Once approved, a credit note will be activated for the same value as the returned item, which can be used in the store.

This only applies to items at regular price (not on SALE).

Gifts: If it is a gift, we recommend requesting a gift receipt, as this will facilitate the exchange process if the recipient wishes to make a change.
