You have 15 days to decide if your accessory is perfect for you; After this time unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange.

In order to help you with the exchange we need that the piece is unused and that you have your payment receipt, the latter is very important.

Once approved, a credit note will be activated for the same amount of the returned piece so you can use it in the store.

Only applies to pieces with regular price (no SALE)

Gifts: In the event that it is a gift, we recommend that you ask for the gift ticket, this will facilitate the exchange process in case the person who receives it wants to do so.
